Most of my work is extensions, so this is the bread and butter. Ground-floor add-ons to push the living areas out the back. Second-storey additions when there is no room to go sideways. Either way the aim is the same: more usable space that actually feels like part of the house, not a box bolted on.
I handle the lot from the first measure-up through to the final coat. That includes sorting the engineering, the council or certifier paperwork, and tying the new work into the old so the join does not stick out. On a second storey I keep the downstairs liveable wherever I can, so the family stays put while the work goes up.
