A character cottage in a Cooks Hill conservation street. The front was worth keeping, but everything behind it was tired and chopped up into small dark rooms.

We kept and restored the facade and the front rooms, then modernised the whole back of the house. New kitchen, new bathroom, opened-up living, all sitting behind a heritage front.

From the street, nothing changed. Inside, a home that lives like a new one. Respecting the street and fixing the house, both at once.
