Privacy

Short version: the enquiry form goes to my inbox. I do not sell anything to anyone, I do not add you to a mailing list, and there are no advertising cookies on this site.

Who this is

This site is run by Growthbound Media (Daniel), based in Newcastle, NSW. You can reach me at daniel@growthbound.media or on 0491 145 688.

What the form collects

If you fill in the enquiry form, it sends me:

• your name
• your business name
• your phone number
• your email address
• your trade
• what you have online at the moment
• what you are after
• anything else you type into the message box

Nothing is required beyond what is marked required on the form itself, and there are no hidden fields collecting anything else.

What I do with it

I read it, I reply to it, and if it looks like a fit I build you a demo. That is the entire use. Form submissions are handled by Netlify, who host this site, and they land in my email. I do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and nothing you send is used to train anything.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay in my email and in Netlify's form records so I have a history of what we discussed. Ask me to delete yours and I will, and I will confirm when it is done.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels. If analytics is running it is Plausible, which is cookieless and does not collect anything that identifies you personally. Netlify keeps standard server logs, as every web host does.

Other sites

Some links go to sites I have built for other people, or to demo builds. Once you are on one of those, this policy stops applying.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email daniel@growthbound.media and I will sort it out. If you are not happy with how I have handled it you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this changes I will update the date at the top. It was last updated on 24 August 2026.
